Affidavit of Heirship
To transfer the interest of a deceased owner who died without a will or if the will was not probated in Texas.
IRS Form W-9
This form is required by the IRS to verify an owner's name, address, Taxpayer ID Number and owner type.
Payment Information
Payments are mailed or deposited on or about the end of each month, covering oil production from the prior month and gas production from two months prior. Please allow up to ten days for mail delivery, dependent on USPS.
