Major Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative support activities of a complex nature for field operations
• Ensure daily office operations run smoothly by managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating vendor relations, maintaining facility safety, managing budgets, processing invoices, and serving as key point of contact for office
• Accurately code field tickets and timely route for approval; verify coding as applicable
• Regularly interact with vendors regarding tickets and spend
• Assist with management of Company vehicle program
• Title V reporting – create and submit periodic compliance reports, typically semi-annual monitoring reports and annual compliance certifications, for submission to state or local environmental agencies and the EPA
• Thoroughly understand Company’s operating procedures and contribute to the development of new or improved procedures as applicable
• Effectively operate Company owned vehicles, as needed
• Learn, follow, and participate in all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies always; upline all incidents and near misses to supervisor in a timely manner
• Know and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), as applicable
• Ensure safe work practices are followed by all personnel on company property including contractors; exercise stop work authority in the event of unsafe conditions or situations
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Education, Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant operator experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Must have strong process improvement skills
• Must be able to promote cooperation and work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook required

• Commitment to following safety policies, site-specific safety plans, and regulatory requirements and using stop-work authority when conditions are unsafe, unclear, or outside procedure

Physical Requirements

• May be required to travel to field locations
• Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, reaches with hands and arms
• May climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• May need to deal with wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat/cold on an infrequent basis
• Work environment may include moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles and moderate to loud noise, requiring consistent use of appropriate PPE
