Mark Lumpkin

Mark Lumpkin serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Ensign Natural Resources. Mr. Lumpkin has over 29 years of experience, including over 20 years of oil and gas finance experience. Prior to joining Ensign, Mr. Lumpkin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Earthstone Energy, Inc. where he led corporate, M&A, and financial strategies resulting in numerous transformative acquisitions and ultimately the successful sale of Earthstone to Permian Resources in 2023. Prior to Earthstone, he held various roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland and at RBC Capital Markets, most recently as a Managing Director at RBC. Mr. Lumpkin graduated with a B.A. degree in Economics from Louisiana State University and graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree with a Finance concentration from Tulane University.
