Prior to Ensign, Mr. Robinson spent 15 years with Ryder Scott where he served as Managing Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Ensign, Mr. Bullock served as the Drilling Manager for Civitas Resources where he developed a unified D&C organization while simultaneously integrating four acquisitions, entering a new basin, and reducing cycle times and costs by 25% within 4 months. Prior to that, he served as Drilling Operations Manager at Endeavor Energy Resources managing a 15-rig program that delivered over 1,000 wells in the Midland basin and as Drilling Manager at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation leading the organization’s 18-rig program in the Delaware Basin. Prior to his leadership roles, Mr. Bullock held various drilling, completions, production, and business roles with increasing responsibility related to engineering, operations, and planning functions.
